Well, one would hope that even IF ppl line-up 8 hours before, that the store would be organized enough so at least if you showed up at 7, you would be ensured of getting your CD signed.

Hmm...I may go...if I can find something else interesting to do whether a show or concert or something in the city then definitely, not sure I can justify just driving down and back for this though...hmm.

They give out wristbands. I've had no problems at VM signings.

Freaking class.

Yeah. At least for the ones I've been to...

Though, they said they were going to put us back in order, and they never did...so we were towards the back for the performance, and within the last 100 people to get an autograph (our wristbands were 9-12), but we did get in, as did everyone else with a wristband.

Well, I'm sure more information will surface as it gets closer. I care more about the performance (if there is one) than I do about the signatures.

They don't give wristbands out until the store is open though...

If I had to guess, I'd say they'll make you buy the CD in order to get the wristband. You can have anything you want signed (1 item per person), but you'll probably need to buy a copy of the CD to obtain the wristband.

...again, that's only my experience, they could do something different in this case.

Yeah it is...especially when the CD isn't coming out that day. One of the ones I went to was for John Mayer, and I had to re-buy one of those, though I must admit the price was deeply discounted, especially for virgin.

I'd rather just go at like 6 and watch the performance from upstairs than have to buy another copy of the CD. I suppose I could always give it to my brother, or something. *Shrug* I certainly don't have to decide right now.

Yeah, I think I'd definitely go if there was a performance.

Guess we'll all just wait for more info.

But BSo and Em, you guys are right, I totally forgot that just last week the Bloomingdale's event for giving out the Rent movie tickets was so incredibly disorganized, it was kinda sad...brain lapse I guess.

Yeah, I went to a Backstreet Boys (lame I know, i went for a friend!) singning there. They gave out the passes to the first x amount of people to buy the cd that day. So after waiting alllllll night we got our passes around 7am i think. Then we came back for the actual signing that was at 7.
