I disagree with Violet on the Nightmares list. I can understand her frustrations and how she was conditioned to always be strong, even at the expense of others. It was the only way she knew how to survive. She may have quite a few emotional problems, but she clearly cares deeply for her family.

Does it matter whether you can understand the character's frustrations? They all have their reasons. It's easy to se Rose's frustrations, too. Violet is a nightmare.

She did. The very same Carly Jibson who is now in Cry Baby, playing Pepper.
