When are these nominations announced or are they even around this year? I haven't heard much about them.

Press conference announcing the nominees is tomorrow morning at 11am at the Algonquin. They'll probably be up online sometime after 11:30.

Yeah, I was just about to correct that. I just realized that I confused Drama Desk with Outer Critics Circle. Thanks jv92!

Drama Desk Awards come out Thursday I believe. They're a lot better than the Outer Critics. They do a much better job at predicting what will win the Tony. This year, with one major musical not elligible, it could do a horrible job though.

Does anyone know if this is like a public event? I'd like to stop on my way to dance class lol I need to go to theater events for my Theater class and this would be cheaper than paying to go to the Easter Bonnet Competition.
