Does anybody know why PS Classics doesn't release much of their catalogue to streaming sites like Spotify?

I would guess it's because sites like Spotify pay miniscule rates. I know that John Yap at Jay Records has said that his music will never be released to the streaming sites because those sites pay such tiny royalties.
