Even at my age this is a bargain! (I suggest that Mr. Roxy abandon this offer and pay full price--it'll be cheaper for him!)

Oh wow. A house-papering gimmick. I'm surprised.

When reached for comment, investors said "Ummm, couldn't we do a a pay your weight promo instead??"
Can't fault the creative team for trying to keep the ship afloat through the summer. However, it's hard to believe Corbin is still a draw. HSM was along time ago. Those kids have moved on

Hardly an incentive to get an old cow like me to GODSPELL!
From today's edition of Playbill.com:
"Producer Ken Davenport said in a statement, "Whenever I talk to fellow producers about the future of the theater, I hear one thing: 'We need to get more young people to the theater!' And whenever I talk to theatergoers, I hear, 'Theater tickets are so expensive!' So, I thought, what if we could do something that could combat both issues at the same time? And Pay-Your-Age Night was born. Broadway economics are such that it wouldn't be feasible for us or any show to do this year round. But, in order to encourage more young people to come to the theater, and in order to encourage more parents to bring their children to the theater, for one night, we certainly can."
Wow, what a commitment to bringing more young people to Broadway theater! One night only, one night only, c'mon big baby, c'mon!

1. Get young 'uns to the theater.
2. Only give them a few days notice
3. Oh. And the small print: a limited number of tickets.
4. Not to mention that this month is already buy one get one free. (I think this is all month, anyway.)
