Can anyone please recommend plays based on body image (comedy) which can be adapted for community theater?
It will be of great help.
Thanks.

THE ELEPHANT MAN and RICHARD III aren't comedies, but since you are adapting.....

Explores past and present through cancer causing breast implants, Chinese foot binding, Victorian corsets so tight they damaged internal organs. And yes, it's a comedy...with many moments of high emotion/drama/pain.
