i thought interesting as well..
now my question is is this a musical with bob dylan writing the music, or a ballet using bob dylan's previously written material? i had thought the latter, but with such accomplished singers/actors involved i'm tempted to guess at the former. i mean, i'm sure all three can dance, but up to twyla standards?
It isn't a new Dylan score, I know that much...
I think that there may be a bigger fusion between dance/plot/acting than in Movin'Out.
Well this certainly sounds... challenging?
I'll be interested to see how this takes shape.
Sounds EXCITING!
I'll be there on the Ninth, will I see you there Trisk?
I am seriously considering making the trek. Even if I have to go by my lonesome!
Any gossip or rumors about this production? The premise sounds very intriguing but Michael Arden is very smart in his career choices- so he probably picked a winning show to be in. As odd as the premise sounds (a Dylan jukebox musical directed by Twyla Tharp), I have a feeling that this show will be a winner.
Any news on this? I'd pay good money to see Michael Arden sing the phone book. He has incredible charisma.
Well it has just been extended so it must be selling well!
I Love that it is being called the Tharp/Dylan/Arden Project.
Two legends and One soon to Be!
Go Michael!!
I remain about as concered/excited as a person can possibly be.
(Lifelong Dylan fan am I.)
