Thought this was a fun article and other's might have some thoughts.
I loved the Stage Kiss poster, and all the Hedwigs are spot on. The Yentl poster is great too. If other posters sold you maybe you can post the image.

See I think all of those are really clever.
I thought Side Show was terrible. It was just bland and unimaginative, which I think reflects some of the show's problems.

Posted: 12/31/14 at 4:36pmI've always been partial to the Broadway Next to Normal poster. The sorrow filled eyes looming over a suburban neighborhood. But Next to Normal has lent itself to some great designs for various regional productions. The show has so many "iconic" and/or thought provoking images that could be centered around in a design.

If we're talking all time, then Mame, Carousel, Dear World, Gypsy (revival), Follies, and Hallelujah, Baby!

Posted: 12/31/14 at 6:23pmI love the poster for The Last Ship. It is my favorite B'way poster right now. Also love the posters for "Nevermore". Especially the one of the guy wearing the cool glasses.

That Act One poster is great.
This is my favorite one of all time, though. Just love the colors

Yes, that poster is beautiful. Did McMullan ever do an Our Town poster?
I still say this is the best poster

This has always been one of my favorites. The way the title makes a shadow and the way the powerline poles get smaller to suggest the unending desert is just wonderful.

This one is bizarrely modern and I love it.

This one is even more striking than the OBC on a black background with those purple letters.

Just one more I just stumbled across today. I love the art deco look of it, evoking the posters of the '20s and '30s in 1975.
