I mentioned it on the "Gay Musicals" site a couple of days ago. I don't think you'd have any trouble getting the rights. The authors are two Australians, Dean Bryant and Matthew Frank. I've only heard the Australian cast album and I liked it a lot of it.
It was scheduled to play the York Theatre Feb 26-Apri 7, 2002.
The authors have also written the scores for JUMPING THE Q, THE GIRL ON THE SCREEN, THE VIRGIN WARS and ONCE WE LIVED HERE.
