I have never really tried rush before besides SRO and I thought I would try it out. However, I have a quick question. I know if you are under 18 you can get a ticket but are you able to submit your name into the lottery as well? It says you need id so it gave me an impression that those under 18 cannot put their own names in the rush. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I am new to this whole thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've seen lots of kids under 18 enter the lottery. Most of them use school IDs or passports. In cases of really young ones, Mom or Dad is with them and has whatever form of ID they had to get the kid on the plane to New York. But also any citizen can get an identification card from their state ~ same place you get a driver's license (which can generally be gotten at 16).

ID can be any kind of ID: passport, school photo, anything with your picture and your name. I'm 14 and I have been doing rush and lotto, both, regularly since last summer.
