Yesterday I unsuccessfully tried to unload some tickets for 2 shows. Here is what happened

Festen - This was on TDF . I tried to sell them on the TDF line but many people had no idea what it was. Saying Ali Mc Graw did nothing. It was about 5:30 so I went to the theater. No one in the lobby buying tickets. After about an hour, I would up selling 1 as I figured I might not get another offer. I might have been able to sell them both as performance time neared and almost was able to sell the other but one guy would have bought them but he wanted it 2 seats over. For that he paid full price & $ 60 more. Other couples were coming by at the last minute & paying full price but I took a bird in the hand previously so I had to sell it. My review later

Between the time I sold the ticket & came back after grabbing something to eat, I went over to the Brel office. I very easily could have gotten a full refund as the woman told me she would have no problem selling them for tomorrow (today). I asked her when the run would end & she told me it was now OPEN ENDED & they were selling tickets until September. I smell a cast album here. I could have switched the seats ( I originally used the a discount code)but the seat were off to the side. I upgraded to regular price ($ 40 more total) & got great seats for memorial day weekend. Woman at box office was extremely nice & helpful

All in all a much better resolution of the problem than I thought was possible
