"PHILIP J. SMITH, the president of Broadway's mighty Shubert Organization, sat at his usual table at Sardi's yesterday accepting congratulations.
Only this time, it wasn't for a hit play that opened last night to rave reviews.
The hugs and handshakes were for Smith's victory in the courtroom Monday over his wife, Tricia Walsh-Smith, the YouTube Medea who unleashed her electronic Furies in a desperate attempt to ruin him. ..

Tricia Walsh-Smith...what a guilty pleasure.
He was relatively classy the way he handled it, though. He doesn't deny anything she says or throw accusations back at her.
"Here was my life being opened and displayed in front of everyone and anyone who wanted to look at it," he said. "I certainly wasn't comfortable about it."
