Next weekend I'll be going up to New York by myself for the first time. This is also the first time I'll be paying for the entire thing out of my own pocket, so I'm planning to student rush all of the shows I see. I'm going to be in the city from Saturday through Monday (18-20th) and I'm planning to see Speed-the-Plow, The Seagull, and All My Sons (two shows Saturday, one Sunday). If anyone could let me know what time I should arrive at the box office in order to get tickets, I would love you dearly. And anything else I might need to know about rushing.

Also, should there not be any more rush tickets available, what's my next best bet? TKTS?

(I'm 15 and have a Public School student ID, if that's at all relevant)

Sorry for the rather uninteresting thread, and thanks in advance for any help!

I haven't seen any of the 3 shows you have listed and I don't know their popularity. If the box offices open at 10am Monday through Saturday I would get there 9:20am-9:30am. For Sunday get there by 11:20am-11:30am because the box office opens at 12. Enjoy your time in the city!

Some productions sell their rush tickets as soon as box office opens but others do it 2 hours before showtime (which makes more sense) as to give out tickets that they haven't sold yet. I got student rush All My Sons and it's 1 per ID, cash/credit accepted, 3 hours before showtime. Speed-the-Plow cash only 2 hours before showtime, and I'm not sure if Title of Show does Student Rush but it does have lotto, and pretty cheap mezz seats.
