How did SIP originate? Does anyone know? I find them delightful!!

Andrew Keenan-Bolger was in the Poppins tour, Max von Essen was in the Xanadu tour, they started it in ’09, it went for a few months, petered out, and then was revived this spring.

I'm pretty sure Andrew Keenan- Bolger and Max Von Essen originated it during Mary Poppins and Xanadu. Someone correct me if I am wrong?

It stands for Saturday Intermission Pics....photos are posted by cast members at intermission usually doing something goofy or creative.
