Is there any sort of rush, lotto, or student tix available?

I know Liza has a lottery for 25, but what are the details?

And are there any cheap tix for Slavas Snowshow and Billy Elliot?

I don't know about Snowshow, but the cheapest Billy Elliot tickets you can get are $41.50 for all performances and are located in the last three rows of the mezzanine. I've sat in the seats and the view is more than satisfying. Problem is they're probably selling out.
