Posted: 2/20/09 at 4:39pmThe chairs hover above the edges of the stage so the "giant cobweb" is pretty close. The workers pull on the ropes attached to them during Look Down at the beginning of the show. The chairs are also highlighted during Empty Chairs at Empty Tables.

Neat and all but...
...please god let this NOT lead to another Broadway revival. If I have to take my mom to this one more time I promise I'm jumping out of the 18th floor of my apartment building.

Posted: 2/21/09 at 12:38amI wasn't that impressed with the set up close. I think it would work better in a larger theater so the audience could get the impact of the set. It was a little too "in your face" for you to be able to take it all in, nor do I think it was used to it's best advantage. But it was still cool nonetheless.
