Now to decide on the hotel...I've got it narrowed down to 3...each with pros and cons. And all with $118 of each other. LOL.

Ok...end of threadjack. :)

Good luck. Looks like all that's left of tickets are extrEEEEme sides, usually in the back of the orchestra (at least on the weekends). I got row B in the balcony, center. I hope the air isn't too thin.

I've had mine for Seattle for months! The Paramount is much better than the Hilton!

I've had my seats in hand for several weeks now for the Broadway run.

I'm still surprised to learn that tickets still haven't gone on sale yet to the public. Wow!

BF123, the past weeks have been Presale. Someone must have bought them with an American Express card.

Okay...now that makes sense: American Express Pre-Sale. I guess this is how Stacey got them so early as I've already had my tickets in hand for a couple of weeks. I don't monitor those things -- she does.

I have 6 tickets in Orchestra Center Row M for one night and 4 tickets in Orchestra Center Row J for another night. Face value on them is $121.50.

Lucky re: So how many of you are buying YF tickets tomorrow when they go on sale?

I ordered them the first day of the pre-sale and I couldnt get anything better than Left Orchestra Row S seats 1 and 3 on the aisle.

I was also buying tickets for a Friday night show...so the weekend shows might be harder to get "good" $120 tickets.

Judging by what's been mentioned regarding the set design, row A is waaaaay to close for this show. I'd resell those tickets if I were you, unless you just want to see the cast really close and not the show itself. re: So how many of you are buying YF tickets tomorrow when they go on sale?

As a regular theatre goer, I prefer my seats between rows E or F to about K -- depending on the theatre, of course. NEVER row A.

i tried for 30 min to get anything in the orchestra... but all it would give me was the last row... or the extreme side. so finally i thought, i wonder what would happen if i selected "premium seating"... lets see what it offers me... and whatta ya know! ROW A! Smack in the center! Incredible... $450 friggin dollars per ticket to get nice orchestra seats.

obviously i did not buy that... i would never spend money like that on theater tickets. it kind of enraged me that they would charge that much money for those kind of seats... so mad in fact that i almost didnt want to see the show at all anymore! but whatever... once i realized that the only decent way to get orchestra seats would be to buy premium seating, then I just started shooting for the balcony only.

I got Row B, in the center, $80 each. Good enough for me! Day after Valentines Day, February 15th! Should be a nice gift surprise for my wife. She'll be excited. We both love the film and hope the show does not dissapoint.

"Didn't I hear somewhere that there would be rush?"

Yes, all the articles about it said that there would be 25 dollar orchestra seats on selected performances(my guess Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday just like The Producers). I'm hoping it's rush, but I wouldn't mind it being lotto. That's how I'm getting tickets.

I got semi-lucky. I landed Row CC (third row), Right Orchestra, Seat 6 (third seat off the aisle). The row has six seats total, so the third in can't be so bad. I'll be at the Friday, October 19th performance.
