The Ave Maria was specifically the Bach-Gounod setting. The Queen of the Night aria is specifically "O zitt're nicht, mein lieber Sohn!" from Mozart's Die Zauberflöte.

I don't think I'll remember them all, but some of the other arias and songs included "Caro nome" from Verdi's Rigoletto, Adele's "Laughing Song" (in English translation) from Strauss's Die Fledermaus, and I think that the Brahms was one of the "Four Serious Songs."
