I wish I was older or that my parents would even think about bringing me to see Avenue Q, because she is very much like me, I even asked her a question in the Q&A on broadway.com. Our singing voices are similar too.. although she is a LOT better, lol.

Anyways.. love for Stephanie.

I adore Stephanie. I have seen her in Avenue Q three times (not counting one more before she leaves) and each time has been amazing. She brings warmth and a spirit to Kate Monster and other characters. Stephanie, as a person is also kind and generous to her many fans and not to mention beautiful inside and out. I will alwasy regard Stephanie as Kate and kate as Stephanie.

I will miss her dearly. When I go to see her before she leaves, she will be getting a bouquet of flowers as an honor for her dedication to Q!!!

Stephanie is truly one-of-a-kind. I send her a sorta goodbye card yesterday but I'm pretty sure I'm going to see Q before she leaves

Not only is she great as Kate, but it is amazing how she can play Kate and Lucy soo well although they are very different characters. That takes some major talent.

Everytime I've seen Q, I've waited at the stage door and everytime she is so thrilled to sign, take pictures and talk. Last time I was there, there was an auction and she was giving the tour after the show. The rest of the cast came out and I waited another 20 minutes for her to come out. She was surprised beyond belief that someone waited there so long. We talked for a while and her hubby was even there. They really do make a great couple.

*Actually- that day Ann's hubby was there with baby Elvis. He is adorable and almost 1! How fast a year went by!*

Anyway, Stephanie's talent in Q will never be forgotten but I understand that truly..."everything in life IS only for now..."
She has created Kate and Lucy so well and whenever I see her, I can see that she really plays them so well and really gets into her character. There are times I've seen her ad-lib but they never take away from the character and often make it funnier. Stephanie never ceases to make me smile! She will be missed in Avenue Q but I am so thrilled to hear that she will be in this new show which sounds fantastic!
She was great as a puppeteer but I can't wait to see her arms free!!

A sweet, honest, wonderful, sincere, beautiful person she is!

And not to mention that she can wear anything and always looks AMAZING!

Bumping because I saw her on Tuesday! She and her husband came to speak about their involvement with Jim Henson. They gave a pretty fascinating talk about the history/evolution of the muppets. I couldn't stay for the Q&A, so I don't know how much (or if at all) she talked about Q or her new show. I know I don't have to tell anyone, but she was just the sweetest sweetest person. When they were setting up, she went and sat in every seat to make sure everyone would be able to see.

Love her! Wish her all the success she deserves...

Perhaps, but all of those Idina threads were started by DIFFERENT people. And they remember they started them. Did anyone see Steph on VH1? I hear she was hysterical.
