Okay guys - what do ya think? First, Christina breakes her foot - then they replace her two best friends in the show!? Is this a sign of what is in store for this revival. What possesed them to replace the two girls that got the best reviews. I personally think that they were two perfectly cast young ladies! So, what dose everyobne think? I can't wait to hear!

I really think the show is in trouble. Christina Applegate is very appealing, but why would anyone think that she could carry a big broadway show built around the legendary Gwen Verdon. The real question is: Do we really need ANOTHER revival of SWEET CHARITY? It seems that the show has had problems since the beginning. Neil Simon had major problems with the director, Walter Bobbie. I wish them luck but it doesn't sound good to me.
Perhaps Reidel will be correct, and Appelgate will not make it to broadway. Personally, I'd rather see D'Amboise in the role anyway, she's fantastic. Any predictions on where the Weissler's will take Reidel for dinner?
Hmmm..there is already a thread about this.
