TDF Question

I saw some tickets for Elf's first preview tonight on TDF this morning and they have now disappeared. I know they ran out, but I'm wondering if there is any chance they'd put more for tonight on later in the day. Does that ever happen or does TDF have a set amount that they can sell and then it's done? Should have pulled the trigger this morning, but I'm hoping there's a chance they could still show up.

TDF usually does not do same-day sales for the Broadway entries. The tickets are pulled early in the day or the night prior..

Sometimes an allotment will sell out, and the show will send another allotment, but not always and not same-day.

Thanks! I suppose it's time to stop refreshing the TDF page open on my browser. Maybe I can run to TKTs during my lunch break!
