There will be an OBC of Big Fish

Susan Stroman (Director/Choreographer) of Big Fish said at the 92y this evening there will be a Broadcast Recording of Big Fish in about two weeks. I'm assuming that means they will be recording the album. She also said there may be a possible tour of the show after its broadway run ends next month.

I think you mean OBC cast recording? The show opened so of course there's an OBC.

Good to have it somewhat official. I'll get excited when I can pre-order it.

No. It means there will be an audio recording of the musical. Like, on a CD and in digital format.

Was there any doubt? The only time it's news is when there ISN'T an OBC recording, which is pretty rare.

Well they were at over 50 performances with no news of a cast album, while shows like Bonnie and Clyde and Wonderland released it before they hit 30 performances, plus they announced their closing so a cast album was not 100%
