I've searched this site, asked on threads and checked allthatchat.com and I can't find any answer to 3Penny stduent rush policies. If anyone knows anything, please let me know. I would love to see this production and if student rush is avialble I want to use it.

I was walking by the theater 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. They had signs on the glass doors that said "NO $25 RUSH TIX AVAILABLE TODAY" My guess is they are trying to sell everything for full price when they can...though Im guessing a weekday may have some rush tix available. No idea as to the location of them though. Rear mezz tix were only 35 or 40 with a discount code....you may want to look into that.

I got two rear mezz seats online for $32.50 each with service fees...that's inexpensive enough for me!

That works for me. Was that through a discount code or rush policy?

Discount code. Check playbill.com or broadwaybox.com. Hopefully the code is still up. I bought my tickets a really long time ago (February 23rd).

I asked at the box office last time I walked by, and this is what they told me. Every day, they set aside a few rows in the back for general rush. I believe those are $26.25. Like I said, those are set aside every day, to be sold on the day of the performance when the box office opens.

In addition, they have a student rush. Two hours before curtain, any tickets that aren't sold are offered to people with a valid student ID for half price.

I have no idea how quickly they sell out of the general rush seats, but the box office guy told me they offerthem every day. Good luck!

It was up when I went 4/1.

It's weak.

The guy at the box office told me that it's up when the performance is sold out. SO since it's always sold out its always up.

Theres a code on broadway box, but its only for rear mezzanine. Is the rear mezzanine in this theater as close as, say at Avenue Q?

Roundabout has a "hiptix" pprogram on it's website. You just sign up and join for free. Then you'll get emails about when shows will be available for $36.25 for whatever good seats they have left. And you buy the ticket in advance, so you can plan your day. They do it for all roundabout show. Even Pajam Game. I will be going on Sunday.
