I would guess The Producers or Hairspray, and Assassins or South Pacific.
Judging by the buzz/attention during each musical's opening season, I would say The Producers. However, if you're talking about a vote taken in 2010 with those shows as candidates, the winner would probably be Hairspray.
For revivals, it's less clear cut, but I think that South Pacific would probably have won the theoretical combining-the-opening-seasons as well as a 2010 vote.
THE PRODUCERS and HAIR
My personal opinion: Hair (shout out to Company), and In The Heights
What I think would happen: The Producers or Billy Elliot, and South Pacific.
I think South Pacific would definitely win.
Billy Elliot and South Pacific would win the top prizes, but probably Hairspray would win Best Score.
Contact, Millie, Spamalot, Into the Woods, and La Cage would all be at the bottom of the pile.

Millie
and either La Cage or Hair
Spring Awakening and South Pacific.
The Producers or Hairspray and South Pacific.
The Producers and South Pacific.
Though it's a funny pairing, I believe it would be Hairspray and Hair.
I would say Hairspray and South Pacific.
How amazing would it be to have a season like that? Talk about excitement.
