Transfer seats?

Seats classified as "transfer seats" keep popping up in Telecharge searches. What does this mean, exactly? I've never seen the term before.

Transfer seats, as I should know by now, are 'regular' seats in the theatre, on the aisle, but the arm can swing away to allow someone in a hweelchair to more easily transfer from their chair into the theatre seat.
