Posted: 3/14/05 at 6:20amI'm not sure whether it's still going to happen, but I did send in an essay for it. I recieved a reply letter some months later saying something to the effects of, "We recieved many strong essays this year, and it was hard to choose. You were not chosen. Try again next year." That's all I know.
