I gave fair warning so if you don't like these kind of threads, well sorry.

Haha anyways, by new show I don't neccesarily mean one that just came out but rather one that I have not yet seen.

These are the shows currently on broadway that i HAVE seen:
(stars on the ones i particularly like to help w/ what else you think i'd like)
A Chorus Line
*Avenue Q - twice
*Hairspray - twice
**In the Heights - twice
**Jersey Boys - twice
**Legally Blonde - 3 times
Mamma Mia
**Rent - a lot
Spamalot
*Spring Awakening - twice
The Lion King
*Wicked
*Xanadu
*Young Frankenstein
Altar Boyz

and I haven't seen any plays currently showing but I don't object to it.

any suggestions would be HIGHLY appreciated.
Thanks Which New Show to See? (sorry)

If you're going before March 9th, then definitely see Is He Dead? It's very funny and the cast is fantastic.

4th for Next to Normal if you're going before March 16th! Seriously, if you can, go see it. You'll regret it if you don't :) (or, well, if you're anything like me at least you will haha)

I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.

Given your tastes, I would suggest Next to Normal. Musicals like Gypsy and SITPWG are brilliant but more classically oriented and that doesn't seem to suit your interests. If you want to see a play go with August: Osage County.

Thanks a ton!
