Me...I'm the one on the left...JUST KIDDING!!!
I'm sure they're going to get some unknown to do the role. Hopefully they won't go all Hollywood and try and cast someone who can't do it.
I have a suggestion though (don't kill me)...Jennifer Hudson...love her...not sure about the acting chops but the girl's got a voice.
But obviously with casting Beyonce, Usher and Eddie Murphy, they're relying on the Effie to sell the movie.

Posted: 4/29/05 at 5:30pmI want Jennifer to be cast. She's got the voice and she was sooo sweet to me at the American Idol concert last year. I threw her a rose and when I waved a camera up she nodded and brought LaToya over for it. AH-MAZING!

Posted: 4/29/05 at 7:32pmI secretly hope they let Tarralyn Ramsey do it....homegirl can sing and if you don't know her she was the DIVA contest winner from Atlanta, Ga. I think she may have done some acting when she was little in her hometown but I'm not sure. I hope she gets it though.
