Will Ferrell ticket question

I would like to go to Will Ferrell on the 1st friday night show, the 23rd, but the balcony is all sold out. Are the balcony box seats still probably available at the box office? It says on the telecharge website that the balcony boxes are box office only. Also, how much do they cost, and are they limited view? Thanks!

I would guess that if telecahrge says that the balcony is box office only then I would guess that they are only sold at the box office. Though I am not sure why to be honest with you.
