Will the Tony nominated performers be in their shows this Sat night?

So I have tickets to see Shrek this Sat at 8:00 and I'd assume that at that performance they will have the actual nominated actors in the show, but then I found this event on the Tonys site:

June 6
Tony Eve Celebration Cocktail Party
A reception honoring the recipients of the 2009 Special Tony Awards and Tony Honors for Excellence in the Theatre, at a Theatre District restuarant

Does that mean they will all be there instead?

Any information on this would be much apprecited. Thanks.

I can't imagine other Tony nominees would bother to take off from their shows to attend.

I've never known of any nominees to miss either the Saturday night or Tony Sunday matinee performances. Some shows (like Billy Elliot) may not have a performance on Sunday, but everyone is there for the scheduled shows.
