hey-
i'm thirteen yrs. old and i've been having lots of trouble finding auditions. my theater arts teacher @ school said 2 my mom that i should get an agent but my mom cant really afford it right now. it seems like theres not a lot of roles out there for my age group! any help/suggestions? i live in ct.

Sorry, my speciality is New Jersey.
Check your arts newspaper, search "theaters in Connecticut" in Google, search for AUDITIONS in Connecticut.
I'd try working around your state first before you head to New York, if you're just starting out.
It doesn't cost anything to have an agent, they don't make money until you do.
