I'm going to the midnight show on Sunday, is anyone else going? I'm kinda upset, because I may be going by myself, as the person I'm supposed to go with has to work. So I wanted to see if there were any other BWWers going that I could meet up with....

If I were old enough, I'd definitely go.

And because of having a stupid summer birthday, I won't be able to go for 2 years re: broadway bares...anyone going?

Nope, 21.

And I absolutely hate alcohol and never drink. Ulgh.

You don't have to drink there.

And they don't card.

I'm seriously debating whether to go or not. I really want to, I'm just scared I'm going to waste $50 dollars by getting carded.

Unless you look 12, I think you should be fine.

I was never carded.

:) It sounds like a lot of fun! And I'd love to hang out with a fellow JB fan.

I'll have to consider. I start my internship the next day, and I don't want to be too tired! However, cast members of my favorite show stripping may make it all worth it....

Such a dilemma!

its gonna be good...jly is gonna make it 'extra sexy' because its my birthday (almost)...don't ask...it was crazy at the stage door last night!

i think the 21 & up issue is more a Roseland standard than a BCEFA choice. Roseland is always 21 & up unless otherwise noted. Ive always looked old for my age but when I was under 21, I wouldve never bought a ticket because then $50 was a lot to spend on the risk that Id be kicked out. Its not like they would refund your ticket, they would just say thank you for your donation, sorry you didnt get to stay for the show.

This will be my first bway bares!

I have attended several events at Roseland and was never carded. I have also never seen anyone (particularly at BB) get asked for ID.

philosophy - last year, i got there at 9:30-10pm-ish for the midnight show. I know that's really early, but if it's a beautiful night, and you're with friends, it's really not bad. They let us in like 30 minutes before the show, and we were able to get spots right in front. we were literally leaning on the stage. so, yeah, get there early. maybe i'll see you there.

Is it possible to bring cameras inside the Ballroom, even if there's a policy regarding no photos being taken?

Just wondering.
