i will be attending for the first time the market and i was wondering how it is run do all the shows line up with tables in shubert alley? Does it cost to get in? What do the shows sell at thier tables and do the stars walk around? if you have anything else to add please let me know thanks

There are a few tables in Shubert Alley, but most of the space is reserved for the auction. Most of the tables line 44th street between Broadway and 8th aves.

It is free.

Shows sell everything from homemade sweets and crafts to autographed posters to playbills, etc. Some shows also sell props or costume pieces from the show. It's really a strange collection of stuff. There are also tables that don't belong to a show - like broadway.com, roundabout, playbill, michael crawford fanclub, etc.

Stars walk around if they want to.
