I am an aspiring lighting designer for the Broadway stage and am curious to know if the designs help you as a performer? Does it help you get into character, set the mood for your character, etc.? Same question with costume design, scenic design, and sound design.
A: All of those things affect your performance because it takes them all to make the show work.
