is TDF site down?

i have not been able to access my account all afternoon, I get very phishy pop-up windows when i try (which i cancel out of), and non-Roman characters appear in the status bar at the bottom-left corner of IE.

anyone else experiencing random weirdness on TDF today?

It was inaccessible this morning, though I just now got on when I tried.

thanks -- must be my puter, but i'm not having trouble accessing anything else on the web.

guess one of my tubes is clogged.
