Making your message coherent would be nice. Here is a link to the Masterworks website which does not list any new releases:

These aren't technically reissues. Sony is just switching their back catalog to "environmentally friendly" CD packages. They did a batch last spring and more are coming in the fall.
As a collector, I prefer the plastic Jewel cases. But I know many people do not keep them and we don't need all that plastic going to landfill.
What would be great would be if they sold you the CD, booklet and Inserts and for those who wanted the jewel box they are readily available and inexpensive as well. With these cardboard sleeves we don't really have that option. My CD sleeve for SHREK started to rip teh first time I took the disc out. How are these packages going to last 10-20 years? (I still have my very first CD of "Highlights from SWEENEY TODD" that I got 25 years ago this summer!)
Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!
I host a weekly one-hour radio program featuring cast album selections as well as songs by cabaret, jazz and theatre artists. The program, FRONT ROW CENTRE is heard Sundays 9 to 10 am and also Saturdays from 8 to 9 am (eastern times) on www.proudfm.com
