question regarding the Standing Ovations concert...

hi all... I recently ordered, watched and loved the Standing Ovations dvd and I am wondering - as is everyone I'm sure- how to find out more about the composer and song that Stephanie J Block (who's SOOO AMAZING!) sang in the second act... about Never Never Land, etc... so if anyone has any information- it is greatly appreciated!
