I had similar seats at SA and was disappointed, (there were also very tall men sitting in front of us). I could only see half of the on-stage seating, and I missed some memorable moments in front of the piano.
I have tickets to see SA again and this time I selected center orchestra, even though the seats are further back in the theater.
I'm sure you will get a variety of opinions depending on personal preference.

I would think that orchestra right could see all the upstage piano business, but orchestra left could not. I don't think anything much goes on upstage house right.
The piano stuff is just one scene anyway.
Stuff does go on in the onstage seating .. sorta. The cast runs up there and sits there and jumps around in the onstage ailses at one point. However, you'll always be able to see at least one side of that.
I'd probably go with row D...and don't be upset if you can't see 100% of the stage...only minor things take place on the periphery.
