Try Samuel French. Local Rights should be available.

Music Theater International has it. It is currently available but there may be restrictions due to the tour. Generally the restrictions apply only to theaters within a certain radius of the city in which teh tour will be performing. This is, assuming you are talking about a community theater or school, not a regional theater
