Dear Evan Hansen - Cancellation Line/Lottery/Ticketing Questions

Hi guys!
I've been lurking this board for a while and trying casually on telecharge, but this Friday I'm actually off from school and work and hoping to go to NY to see it. Is today the start of the 4 day rule or is it tomorrow? Also if I can't get a telecharge ticket, I'm going to go up to do the cancellation line. I did the Hamilton cancellation line in 2016 and for that I got there the night before. People for this line don't seem to be doing that thoug
