Just saw Christine Dwyer on the touring Waitress in Austin. She was a revelation. Oh my goodness. She can sing and act. I would see her in anything she is a part of. Do touring principles ever transition to the Broadway run after the tour is over?

Any other information or rumors about the Austin Broadway Across America line-up? I'm hoping for Come From Away and DEH. Never seen JCS, so that's cool.

I have seen Rent four times, the last being the non-equity 20th anniversary production. I love Rent, but was very disappointed by the 20th production. I almost left at intermission. The band was noticeably paired down and the vocal performances were weak. Didn't know it was non-equity until after the show.
