My Fair Lady Ending Feb 13

Just saw my fair lady at Lincoln center and loved it! But was confused by the ending. When Eliza came back that last time to his house what did Higgins say to her before she left for good (I couldn’t hear it). She said it right after she put his hand on his cheek. And why did she even come back to his house one more time?
