Just wanted to update everyone in case anyone was curious. Tried getting the Cher Show lottery tickets about 3x via lottery. Got it on my 3rd try for a sunday at 3pm. Had to go 30 mins before show started to get tickets but they would have given earlier. It said that only the person listed could get it but I was able to get it for my sister with no problem (same last name, different birthday and first name).
