I'm trying to plan an NYC trip for September and am currently sorting a show schedule of sorts. I was wondering if it would be wiser of me to plan to try for standing room on a Thursday for the evening performance, or a Saturday or Sunday for the matinees? My thinking was that for a matinee it perhaps might involve slightly less time waiting in line, unless lines are now beginning in the small hours of the morning for the afternoon performances? Any help would be gratefully received!
