Broadway and the Coronavirus

Called Telecharge today trying to reschedule not refund my Company tickets for tonight. I was bringing my 80 year old mother, she caught a cold over the weekend and both myself and her doctor said no way. I bought the tickets at the box office but live near philly so exchanging in person was not doable, Telecharge wouldn’t budge they just said Past Date is my only option which kinda stresses me out. Will I get similar priced $169 seats if at all ? What if Broadway shuts down ? Wouldn&rs
