Hi!
Have to say I am rather confused about the OCR too. Listening to the clips on the website the person, supposedly Liam, sounds sooo different in the Letter conmpared to the Letter Reprise. I could have sworn the Letter Reprise was James, it sounds deeper and just different. Hmmm

Woh hang on! Your friend auditioned for the part of Billy for Broadway?!!! That means it is probably going over to Broadway! I thought they were not going to do that. I'm not sure how I feel about that, I think Broadway could ruin it (no offence intended)it is such a British musical. Do you know anything more about it?
I would also like to add my congratulations to members of the cast who are leaving and those who have left this week. You will be missed hugely. All the best for the futu

Thanks mitchmagi for the website link. It brings back memories listening to the clips and I want to see it again but I can't... I hope it says on the cd which Billy sings each song. They must have recorded it before James' voice broke. I love how you can hear the tap dancing in the angry dance. Oh I just love this show!

Matinees are on Thursdays and Saturdays at 2.30 and go on till 5.30ish.

Hi, I know I am completely changing the subject but it struck me when I saw George and then James that although they both do the same style of dance-like street dance-George seemed to do slightly more ballet for example he did a few piroettes. (sp?) Did anyone else notice this?

I am sooo envious of all you guys going again, particularly those of you going on the 3rd december! I have been three times and saw george twice and james once..but unfortunately never got to see liam or leon! And my parents will not let me go again! Boo hoo! So please write reviews and take lots of photos on the 3rd! Very envious lol

Well I went to see the show again today for my third time and was lucky to see George for the second time but with Ryan Longbottom. It was incredible, I cannot get enough of this show, I love it so much. George had improved since I last saw him and his angry dance was breathtaking. I am not sure but I could have sworn Leon Cooke was on stage too but as the tall boy, I might be wrong but it really looked like him. Does anyone know if it was him? I saw Ryan Longbottom for the first time as Michael

Haha it is confirmed that MF and LM are the same people!! This is what it said on the WhatsonStage website:

Yes MF and LM have the same - but sadly fake - email address, so I believe it is one person causing all this havoc.

If you look at the audition poster it says that the ballet girls and billy elliots will be performing this december on stage. How can this work? That means they only have just under two months two learn it all. How long did it take for James, George and Liam to learn everything till it went on stage?
I support the Billy OCR campaign for 3 Billy recordings!

That is so cool!! Liam as Michael, that would be interesting to watch! Did he pull it off? What was his performance like? That was really good of him to do it seeing as he has never done it before, must have been rather daunting!
