Finally saw this and LOVED it.
I think this is an incredible first run of a musical.
I feel this show suffers from having stars in it.
As pointed out above, most musicals need many steps to get to Broadway.
A Strange Loop (which I hope will win the Tony) took 16 years of development and 2 productions before it reached Broadway.
Musicals are HARD.
Suffs has so many incredible moments. There is a masterpiece in here.

I am friends with and love a lot of Trans people
They say there should not be a show about: a man dressing as a woman to trick people.
We should believe Trans people.
Broadway should be about the best of us.

Oh, I loved this.
What a challenging and glorious three hours in the theatre.
The Skin of Our Teeth has never been for the faint of heart.
I am so excited Lincoln Center made Liliana Blaine Cruz their new director in residence and she chose this Everest to tackle on her first Broadway expedition.
I think we’re going to see amazing things from Ms. Cruz.
Gabby Beans. Doing Ertha Kitt Lucille Ball craziness. I loved every second of it.

How does anyone decide between John Douglas Thompson, Judy Kuhn, Deirdre O'Connell, Sharon D. Clarke, and David Morse?
My lord.
After a horrible two years, we are so lucky one season included these geniuses.
Despite the virus, we have been spoiled this season with so many performers giving us their souls on stage.
