Thanks for the Baltimore review. I did a search on google news and there were at least four reviews of the show in Baltimore, all of which were positive.

I can hardly wait till Chitty flies into Atlanta! Woohoo
The show was cancelled in Chicago "due to slower than expected local ticket sales," according to Playbill.

Surprised no one mentioned that The Little Mermaid was on today's The View. "Ariel" (Sierra Boggess) sang Part of Your World in costume. They showed how she "swam" in the water in her costume. She was great!

Everyone in the audience got 2 tickets to see Poppins and the new theatre book (How Does the Show Go On).
Interesting that Poppins stayed in character during her segment. A fun segment.

Any reviews of the new book on the making of the show? I saw a copy at Borders, but it was wrapped in plastic. It was $50 and came in a large box.

My tv listings show the Grease cast on Good Morning America on Monday, Oct. 29th. Also appearing, Bill O'Reilly, but as far as I know separate from the Grease cast. heh

Incredible movie--I had a grin on my face almost the entire movie. I took two buddies tonight, who were not crazy about seeing it. Imagine my surprise when they enjoyed it as much as me, and we listened to the soundtrack during the car ride home.
Question: why was the movie not filmed in Baltimore?

Anakela, thansk for posting better info. They were still advertising the event, in the store, as of last night with no mention on the signage that it was sold out.

p.s. Travolta was not on the advertisement (I saw it at Times Square TRU), but the other movie kids (including Zac Efron, etc.) were advertised as being there. Again, please call the store for better info. Peace and Love,

I hesitate to post this after the movie preview disaster, but TRU in Times Square is having the Hairspray movie cast signing their dolls on Tues., July 17th. It said only the first 225 would meet the cast and get an autograph on their purchased doll and get a free movie poster. Call the store for details. Attend at your own risk!!! Although I'd love to see the cast, I'm avoiding this one. If anyone goes--and gets in--please post.
