I know Cam. I used to lurk a lot, then finally posted on the Adam Pascal board during the whole "Spork Saga". My computer broke down then my relationship with my ex did, so I didn't feel like posting much, and when I did I couldn't access my old account from my new computer, so instead of Lara, I am now Lara2, although I was the first Lara to begin with. LOL.
oh OBC of Without You is on my computer now!

Well there are different guest speakers, all different founders of theater groups, none of which I've heard of, though I think I went to college with one of them.

Question for Fredi and Anthony,
There's this 6 hour acting workshop this sunday I saw in my paper and it costs 45 dollars for a 6 hour course. Do you think things like that are legit, and worth doing?

It's great to see you on the boards again!
When I went to see Rent the movie, I had a very bad experience with some girls sitting behind me. I posted about it in The Stupid People at Rent thread(Sorry, don't know how to link)
Anyway they made some very rude and ignorant comments, and ewwwed whenever Jessie ,Wilson and Idina and Tracie kissed.
Did you experience any homophobic, and stupid people in any of your performances in the audience, or were people cheering too lou

In reply to Rosscoe (au), no one did any of those things, like moo, or try to be funny. They were just ignorant people being mean, and obviously didn't know what Rent was about. People singing along, clapping, mooing, I would have also found annoying, but expected. Like I said there were about ten people in the theater, and they were not fans being overly excited, they were just plain rude and said things that should not have been said. Hi Anthony, I posted my experience in another thread I started. "Stupid People at the Rent Movie" only because I just now saw this post. If you would like to read it, for some reason it has been put in the off topic board. In a short recap, a few girls behind me came into the movie only knowing two things. The Season's of Love song,which they sang, and that Taye Diggs is hot They obviously didn't know what Rent, or it's messege was about.They made rude comments everytime Wilson was in drag, and
