The members of Il Divo are tenors and they are doing a Broadway series for this tour.
Lea is performing with Il Divo starting Feb. 22nd to June 7th. In the Asian leg, she will only perform in S. Korea and Japan. In North America, she will perform in Canada, US and Mexico. Her last performance is on June 7th in Providence, Rhode Island. There are no shows in New York City. The closest one to NYC is Atlantic City at the Borgata Hotel on May 17th.

Lea Salonga to open Lincoln Center's American Songbook 2013, Jan. 30th, Lincoln Center - The Allen Room
Artists to follow include Valerie Simpson, the soul and R&B singer and songwriter (Jan. 31); the cabaret singer Karen Akers (Feb. 1); Bonnie “Prince” Billy, one of the alter egos of the indie-rock musician Will Oldham (Feb. 7); Ms. Staples, the pioneering gospel singer (Feb. 14); Ms. Chenoweth, the indefatigable stage and screen star (Feb. 15); and Mr. Morello, the frontman of Rage Against the Machine, performing in his protest-song incarnation, the Nightwatchman (Feb. 16). Special events include include a Feb. 6 tribute to the songs of Kander and Ebb, performed by Marin Mazzie and Jason Danieley, with the special guests Chita Rivera and Joel Grey and conducted by Rob Fisher. In addition, Alice Ripley, Brian d’Arcy James and Idina Menzel will perform songs by Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey on March 1. These shows will all take place at the Allen Room in Frederick P. Rose Hall.

The score was beautiful and the cast amazing. Allegiance has potentials to be a good musical. That was just a preview so I'm sure it'll still go through changes.
I quite enjoyed the preview and thought it was a powerful and emotional production but needs a few tweaks to make it tighter.
1. The relationship between Sammy and Hannah just quickly dissipated. Seems to be a waste of the build up. Their songs were beautiful. The duet was way better than the workshop's.

The production company does not have any idea when it's going to Broadway. I guess they'll wait after the premiere at the Old Globe, raise funds and maybe do some more tweaking. But, I heard they are aiming for next year, in the fall.
